TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Scope of Work & Estimates

All estimates, proposals, and quotes provided by Concrete Concepts Construction LLC are based on visible site conditions and initial measurements. Any alterations, deviations, or additional labor/materials requested beyond the original written agreement will require a signed change order and may incur additional charges.

2. Permits, Utility Lines, & Site Access

Unless explicitly stated in writing in our project contract, the client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits and homeowner association (HOA) approvals. While we coordinate with local utility locating services (e.g., 811 / Gopher State One Call), the client must inform our team of any private underground lines, septic tanks, sprinkler systems, or invisible fences before construction begins.

3. Payment Terms

Our standard payment schedule requires a deposit before materials are ordered and excavation begins, with subsequent milestone payments as detailed in your project contract. Final payment is due immediately upon project completion and walkthrough. We reserve the right to apply late fees to balances unpaid past the agreed term.

4. Concrete Characteristics & Curing

Concrete is a natural product subject to environmental conditions. Hairline cracking, minor surface pitting, and color variations are normal characteristics of cured concrete and do not constitute structural defects. The client must strictly follow the care and curing instructions provided by our team, including keeping vehicle traffic off new driveways for at least seven (7) days and avoiding the use of chemical de-icers/salts during the first winter.

5. Warranties & Liability Limit

We back our workmanship with a 1-Year Structural Crack Guarantee under normal usage conditions. This warranty is voided by excessive loading (such as heavy commercial vehicles on residential driveways), soil shifting/erosion beyond our control, or customer failure to follow post-pour curing guidelines.
